WEBS Ministries has an active Board of Trustees comprising three women who serve as the Chairperson, Secretary, and Financial Secretary. The Board is responsible for overseeing the entire ministry's affairs. Their oversight functions include making key decisions, stewarding the blueprint of God's vision for WEBS Ministries, and effectively communicating that vision to leaders. They also play a critical role in fostering strategic partnerships and collaborations to ensure the successful implementation of  the ministry’s mandate.

This is the highest level of leadership after the Board and consists of five dedicated and passionate women. They serve as direct support to both the Board and the ministry as a whole. Their responsibilities include:

•⁠  ⁠Providing leadership oversight and spiritual direction.

•⁠  ⁠Participating in ad-hoc committees for conferences, outreaches, and special assignments across states.

•⁠  ⁠Serving as the backbone of service in the ministry.

They are regarded as the tribe upon whose shoulders the ministry's operations rest.

The Daniel Sisters represent the prayer engine of WEBS Ministries. They are the spiritual midwives tasked with birthing the blueprints of heaven concerning the ministry’s mandate and calling for this generation. Their focus is deep intercession, prophetic direction, and maintaining a climate of spiritual fire.

Comprising nine committed women, this team is charged with the critical responsibility of interceding for:

•⁠  ⁠WEBS Ministries and its members

•⁠  ⁠The global Body of Christ

•⁠  ⁠Nations of the world

They serve as the watchmen on the walls, ensuring that every aspect of the ministry is soaked in prayer and spiritual covering.
