WEBS Hosts Women on a Journey Global Conference 2025
Empowering Women to Arise and Declare God’s Word
Abuja, Nigeria | August 1–2, 2025 — Women-E Bible Study Ministries (WEBS) successfully hosted the Women on a Journey Global Conference 2025 at Hoolio Studios, Wuye, Abuja, bringing together women from diverse backgrounds for two days of spiritual empowerment, leadership activation, worship, and outreach.
Anchored in Psalm 68:11 (AMPC) — “The Lord gives the word [of power]; the women who bear and publish [the news] are a great host” — the conference carried the theme “A Word Is Given, Arise and Declare.” The gathering emphasized not only receiving God’s Word but responding with faith-driven action, bold proclamation, and purposeful living.
The conference marked a significant milestone in WEBS Ministries’ three- to five-year vision to convene a global movement of women equipped for ministry leadership, community impact, and influence within the Body of Christ.
Day One: Teaching, Worship, and Impartation
The first day opened with vibrant praise and worship, prayer, and a reflective video presentation highlighting WEBS’ journey, structure, and mandate. Key teaching sessions addressed recognizing God’s call, preparing for the journey of purpose, and stepping out boldly to declare God’s truth.
Ministers who served during the sessions included Rev. Offiong Archibong, Prophetess Lynda Adewale, and Apostle Anna Okuneye, whose teachings and prophetic ministrations equipped participants to identify their divine assignments and walk confidently in obedience.
The day concluded with prophetic prayers, affirmations, and impartation, commissioning attendees to embrace their God-given mandates.
Day Two: Prison Outreach and Prophetic Worship Night
On the morning of August 2, a team of 19 WEBS sisters conducted a National Prisons Outreach at Suleja Prison, ministering to female inmates through worship, the Word of God, counseling, and acts of compassion. The outreach included the distribution of essential supplies, financial assistance for inmates in need, and contributions toward improving the facility’s sewage system—practically demonstrating God’s love and restoration.
The conference concluded with a powerful Worship and Impartation Night, featuring prophetic worship, exhortation, and prayer. The session sealed the spiritual impartations of the conference and formally commissioned participants to go forth and impact their communities.
Key Outcomes and Vision
Key takeaways from the conference included the reaffirmation that women are on a divine journey with purpose, the call to actively live out God’s Word, and the responsibility to boldly declare God’s truth in every sphere of influence. WEBS also reaffirmed its commitment to ongoing worship encounters, outreach initiatives, and its vision to acquire a dedicated ministry facility.
